Minor Explosion in Chester
At 12.00pm on Monday 14th June 2010, police were notified about an explosion in Chester on Foregate Street near to the front of Marks and Spencer. The explosion was small in nature and was due to an underground power cable. A female member of the public received medical attention for burn injuries to her lower legs.
The investigation of the incident has now passed to the health and safety executive.
